I was worried I’d do something wrong when installing. 3 screws removed plug in and that annoying shut off feature gone . The entire process took me 30min! Great product and easy installation. This is a must buy!
So far works as described.. easy install..
This device works like a champ on my 2023 Navigator. My son (2020 ST Avaitor) & daughter (2024 Navigator) also installed one in their Ford & Lincoln. The video could have included more helpful details like the 7mm screws are a socket and to push the release tab just like on the Auto stop Eliminator device before removing the connector and that and that an 8" tie wrap, not too snugly attached will work just fine to secure the device to the steering column and you may need a large flat screwdriver blade or plastic tool to assist in seperating the two cover halfs on the steering column. That being said, it's an easy installation.
The most annoying thing on today’s vehicles are the auto start/stop to meet government emissions. This device solved this issue and was simple to install on our Aviator. Less than 5 minutes and I did not have to go thru menus to disable every time we drive.
