Refund policy

CANCELATION POLICY
Customers are responsible for paying the payment processing fees in the event they choose to cancel an order before it has shipped. We do not charge any fees directly, but the fees withheld by the payment processors can not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY
All products must be approved prior to returning for an exchange or refund. ​Items returned in the original packaging in like-new condition may be returned for a refund within sixty days of the product shipment. Customers are responsible for paying and arranging for the shipping of the returned item(s). A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns for a refund. Additionally, any shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded. TRL Automotive reserves the right to inspect the product before refund approval. If the request for a refund is rejected, the customer will be responsible for any subsequent shipping charges to have the item sent back to them.

WARRANTY
Defective products will be replaced for free within three years of the date of purchase. Products may receive updates over time, and TRL Automotive reserves the right to exchange a product with a newer revision of the same product. In the event a replacement product is unavailable, a prorated refund based on the purchase price and the remainder of the three-year warranty period will be issued. Please CONTACT US prior to requesting a warranty exchange, and we'll do our best to make the process painless.

TRL Automotive does not guarantee device compatibility with any future vehicle hardware or software revisions. We make every effort to design our products to ensure they continue to function properly after a vehicle manufacturer applies a software or hardware update. However, issues introduced by a vehicle software or hardware update from any source are beyond our control and are not warrantable.

EXCHANGE POLICY (NON-WARRANTY)
Requests for exchanges must be made within sixty days of the product shipment. Customers are responsible for paying and arranging for the shipping of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for any actual shipping charges of the new item. Free or discounted shipping promotions do not apply to exchange items.
