Unlike the other hacks, the Autostop Eliminator doesn't make any changes to the programming of the RAM 1500 ESS system. To revert the ESS system back to stock behavior, simply unplug the device.

Works perfectly, and was an easy install

Works perfectly and super easy to install!

Works Great!

This was easy to install and works seamlessly on my Subaru Forester. The Eliminator allows the Auto Start/Stop function to work as it did before installation. It simply retains the last on/off setting eliminating the need to shut off the auto start/stop function each time I start the car. For me, it was money well spent!

My Pacifica also had the extra module in front of the security module. Remove the 4 screws from the extra module and pull the 2 fir tree fastener zip ties holding the wire harnesses to the dash frame. That will let you pull the larger module forward and down enough to get to the security module behind it. I disconnected both plugs from the wire harness going to the module and then routed the eliminator harness plug to the same position as the old one. Plug the security module back in and reverse the rest of the steps. Works as intended.
