The Autostop Eliminator is an intelligent device that plugs into the diagnostic port or the gateway module (behind the diagnostic port). It restores your preference for auto start-stop automatically which eliminates the need to press the disable auto stop button after each ignition cycle.

Installation of the Autostop Eliminator is easy and only takes a few minutes!
For the diagnostic port device (AE010), simply plug it into the diagnostic port located under the dash in the driver's side footwell.

Auto stop eliminator

As soon as I found this devise had to order it. This devise will probably add two or three years to your life by eliminating the aggravation of that auto stop.

Just what I needed !

I was so tired of my Ford Ecosport engine shutting off at stoplights every few blocks because I forgot to hit the disable button.
Reviewed the install video on youtube and was able to install in 5 minutes ,,

This worked great. I myself am very happy I found a fix for this. The state I live in, I do not have long waiting times, therefore I don't need the eng to shut off at every stop. Also, I save all the starter repeat starting, saving the starter life itself. Including, that little extra load on the battery. That also means, The alternator doesn't have to work extra. The main thing is, if I want to use the autostop, I simply push the button. No harm to any regulation as far as I see it. My choice, not someone who thinks it's a good ideal. Most of the people, don't drive themselves anyway. I'm very happy that someone has given me the right to choose the choice.
